# TrigVia

> TrigVia is a Chrome extension plus website that turns text you highlight on the web into immediate, context-aware AI actions—summarize, explain, draft replies and emails, shape social posts, and capture meeting-style reminders—so you stay in flow without constant tab switching.

**Operator and audience.** TrigVia is offered by **TrigVia** (India) to individuals and teams who read and work in the browser: researchers, students, support and sales reps, founders, marketers, and anyone who repeatedly copies text into other tools to understand it or respond.

**What you install.** The **TrigVia Chrome extension** works on pages where you can select text—articles, documentation, email-style threads in the browser, social feeds, tickets, and similar surfaces. The **website** (`https://www.trigvia.com`) handles sign-up, sign-in, pricing, early access, legal policies, and guided setup so the extension can use your TrigVia account.

**Core workflow (three beats).**

1. **Highlight** — Select the exact passage you care about on the page you already have open.
2. **Act** — TrigVia suggests and runs **AI actions** tuned to that snippet and page context (you stay oriented to the source, not a blank chat window).
3. **Save or send** — Keep results in your **saved highlights** and **reminders**, or push structured output to **Google Workspace** when you have connected it (Google Docs, Calendar events, and Drive file–scoped access as presented in the product’s permission prompts).

---

**AI actions (feature set).** These are the primary action types TrigVia is built around. Wording on the live site may evolve; treat this list as the product’s intent.

- **Summarize** — Turn long passages into short, scannable bullets so you can grasp the gist without rereading the whole page. Summaries can be tied back to the source for later reference.
- **Explain** — Rewrite dense or technical text into clearer language with helpful context, still anchored to what you highlighted.
- **Generate Reply** — Draft chat- or ticket-style replies from the selection, in a tone you steer toward, grounded in the highlighted text so the answer stays relevant.
- **Email** — Shape a highlight into an email draft with a clear ask and flow—adjust tone for clients, executives, or teammates instead of starting from a blank compose window.
- **Post** — Turn a quote or idea into a short social-ready draft with a stronger hook; tune length and voice for the platform you have in mind.
- **Meeting reminders** — Extract dates, follow-ups, or “don’t forget” items implied by the selection and turn them into **reminders** (including calendar-oriented flows where Google Calendar is connected), so commitments don’t stay buried in long threads.

---

**Outputs and library.**

- **Saved highlights** — Keep a personal library of items you care about from the web, associated with the actions you ran, so you can return without hunting history.
- **Reminders** — Snooze, complete, or manage follow-ups derived from text you selected, reducing calendar busywork when the product can infer dates or next steps.
- **Ratings / feedback (where offered)** — After some actions, you may be able to rate or signal quality so TrigVia can improve suggestions over time (see Privacy Policy for what is stored).

---

**Integrations (user-visible).**

- **Google Workspace (optional, user-initiated)** — When you connect Google, TrigVia can use **Google Docs**, **Google Calendar** (events), and **Google Drive** access in line with the OAuth scopes shown in Google’s consent screen—only for flows you start (for example saving structured output or scheduling reminders). Disconnect anytime from Google’s account security settings or in-product controls where available.
- **Other destinations** — Marketing copy or roadmap items may mention additional tools; **rely on the in-extension connection UI and Privacy Policy** for what is actually available in your build and region.

---

**Plans and access (as presented on the site).** Exact prices and limits can change; confirm on the Pricing page.

- **Free (when offered)** — Entry tier with a **daily highlight cap** (e.g. ten highlights per day on the marketing site) and access to **core actions** such as Summarize and Explain for trying the product.
- **Pro** — **Unlimited highlights**, the **full set of six actions** including meeting reminders, **Google Docs** (and related Google flows in product), and elevated support positioning on the site.
- **Premium / teams** — Higher tier described on the site may include **batch or workflow-style capabilities**, **API access**, and **team-oriented** positioning; use **Contact** or checkout flows when live.

TrigVia is described overall as a **paid** product; checkout, trials, and regional pricing appear on the website when enabled.

---

**Trust, legal, and support.**

- Policies describe **email/password** sign-in today and possible **future sign-in methods**. Minimum age on the site is **13+**.
- **Governing law** and **dispute venue** are stated in the Terms (India / Bengaluru as of the policy date).
- **Privacy** covers website, extension, AI processing, optional Google OAuth, cookies, and international users (including GDPR-oriented sections).
- **Refunds** — Users are asked to **email before chargebacks**; see the Refund & cancellation policy.
