Refund & cancellation policy

Contact us before a chargeback
If something looks wrong with a charge, or you believe you were billed in error, email us first at trigvia@gmail.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks and payment disputes can lead to account restrictions, extra fees from payment processors, and loss of access while the dispute is investigated. We resolve most billing issues faster when we can work with you directly.
Paid access
TrigVia is intended to be offered as a paid service. When checkout is available, the price, billing cycle, currency, taxes, and any trial terms will be shown at purchase. This policy applies to purchases made through TrigVia’s authorized checkout flow unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Cancellations
- Subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription through the cancellation method we provide (for example a billing portal or email request). Cancellation stops future renewals; you typically keep access until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise at purchase or your payment provider’s rules require a different outcome.
- Account closure. You may stop using TrigVia at any time. Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription if billing is managed by a third-party processor—cancel the subscription using the method we describe in-product or email us for help.
Refunds
Unless a different promise is shown at checkout or required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable after purchase. We may make exceptions in limited cases, for example:
- Duplicate charges or clear processing errors;
- Service failure where TrigVia does not provide the paid service you purchased for an extended period due to our fault, and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time after you report it;
- Mandatory consumer rights in your country (for example statutory cooling-off rules for certain distance contracts).
Refund requests must be sent to trigvia@gmail.com from the email associated with your account (or with proof of purchase). We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and purchase. Approved refunds, when issued, are typically returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Abuse and chargebacks
We may refuse service, suspend access, or deny refunds where we detect fraud, abuse, violations of our Terms of Service, or repeated unwarranted chargebacks.
Digital services
TrigVia provides digital services (software and online features). In some regions, consumer laws may give you the right to withdraw from a purchase within a limited period. Where those laws apply and you have a statutory right of withdrawal, we will honor it as required. If the law allows the withdrawal right to end once digital content is supplied or you begin using the paid service, that may limit refund eligibility—we will follow applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and for material updates we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
